2-Core, Cavity : 2316 (Germany); with optional  Titanium plating.(HRC:90R);
3-Screw: 2316 (Germany); with optional  Titanium plating.(HRC:90R);
4-Heater: ITALY ROTFIL  (FOR HOT RUNNER PNEUMATIC VALVE GATE TYPE MOULDS)
5-Pin Valve: SKD61 and SKH51(PUNCH company,HRC:59-61R)

OTHER DETAILS:

Germany standard PID temperature controller.
 Ghaphite copper plate under slide plate,Ghaphite copper guide bush,with better lubricate effect.
 50mm big water nozzle at the bottom of the mould.

Mould Features:

1. Features of the perform mold. No cutting of Runner is employed ; to reduce the labor cost.
2.  Advanced hot runner system assures lower level of AA value.
3.  Reasonable- designed cold water channels increase cooling effect and shorten the cycle time.
