About UsM/s Karmic Overseas Private Limited is a company responsible for all export import activities of the Group. This unit was initially started as Karmic Overseas Partnership firm and has subsequently incorporated as a Limited company. Presently the company is concerntrating on the following product for Import: 1 Import of Cement (OPC 43 & 53) from Pakistan and Middle East
2 Import of Coal from Indonesia
3 Import of Sulphur from Middle East refineries
4 Import of Tin and other non-ferrous metals from China Presently the company is concerntrating on the following product for Export : 1 Rice
2 Wheat
3 Cotton
4 Other agro and metal products Marchant Trade The company is also undertaking Merchant Exports by importing products from other countries and exporting to third countries especially in Africa. The promoters has been importing SULPHUR from Middle East Countries and supplying to various consumers in India. In addition to imports, we have also been handling Export of RICE, WHEAT to SOUTH AFRICA, NIGERIA and BANGLADESH. |

Team / ManpowerThe management of the company is headed by a team of professionals with SK Sood as the CEO and Mr. Siddharth Mayar as the Managing Director at the helm S.K SOOD SK Sood has over 30 years of experience in international trading of commodities and has extensive links in commodity trading with buyers and sellers all over the world. He is in charge of the overall marketing and commercial activities of the group. SIDDHARTH MAYAR Siddharth Mayar heads the Finance division of the company. A Post Graduate in Finance from the London School of Economics, he is instrumental in formulating strategic plans for the company with regards to its long term planning, future direction and management of resources. IPS SAINI A veteran with over 30 years of experience in international trading, he plays an integral role in looking after overall Imports for the group. S. BUDHIRAJA An ex banker with the Punjab and Sind Bank, he has over 25 years of experience in international trading, and oversees the various export activities of the company RANJEET SUTRADHAR An MCom from the University of Caluctta, he heads the Accounts division of the company.
Besides the core management, the company has a staff of around fifty young and energetic individuals who are actively involved in the Commercial activities of the group and are posted in various strategic ports and cities across the country.
