The company was Established in the year 1972 to manufacture " Special Service Tools " for Agricultural Tractors, Light Commercial vehicles and heavy Commercial vehicles. At present the tools are designed for John Deere Tracor Dealers and used all over India to service John Deere Tractors manufactured in India. We are the Single Source for all the John Deere Dealers spread all over India and the neighbouring countries like Sri Lanka, Thialand,Phillipines, Combodia etc.
We have also developed these tools for Indofarm Tractors baddi, Himachal Pradesh and some tools for Force Motors Ltd.
We can design and manufacture similar tools for many other heavy and Light Commercial vehicle manufacturers.
The key Duplicating Machines were first introduced in India by Karnatak Agro Industries. These are designed and developed in house and are priced very attractively.All consumable parts like HSS Cutters, V Belts , Electrical switches and motors are readily available with us. Both these machines are approved by Godrej for their Dealers.We have sold about 1000 machines all over India.
The company was also the first company to develop Quick Change Quick Indexing Toolsposts with 10 Micron Indexing Accuracy suitable for the Retrofitted lathes. These are very useful when one needs to machine long shafts ,etc when Indexing Turrects are of little use.
We were O.E. suppliers of CNC Tool Heads for the Kirloskar Warner Swasey CNC Turning centers.Similar Toolheads are also designed and developed for many others like Murata Warner swasey. Makita and many others.
We have an excellent team of professional engineers headed by Mr.Dilip Bhagwat who is a graduate of IIT Powai 1971 and has to his credit IMTEX 1992 FIE Foundation Award for a good Machine Tool design of " MULTI SLIDE WIRE BENDING MACHINE", Gear Shifter Forks Made out of Forgings "Quickey" Key Duplicating Machine. He has an engineering experience of almost 40 years.
The company is located in a Government Industrial Estate at Belgaum and has all the infrastructure including computers with autocad and related software to design and develop new innovative products.
