The year - 1988 - saw the birth of the Karnataka CNC Tech Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru, in the southern state Karnataka, India. From its beginning, as a small scale enterprise manufacturing high precision components for various industries, the Company has evolved into a highly diversified manufacturing entity, and a major in manufacture of Aerospace Components, Assemblies

The company in being with the latest technology in the industry has been using CAD/CAM technologies and has installed number of 3 axis and 4 axis Machining Centres along with all the supporting conventional machines. The latest addition to the infrastructure is 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine from Carl Ziess IMT.

Apart from manufacturing custom and tailor made components/assemblies, the Company develops and manufactures components/assemblies by re-engineering process as per the samples provided by the customers.

Karnataka CNC Tech P Ltd specializes in the manufacture of Steam and Gas Turbine Blades, Turbine assemblies like rotors, rotor discs, nozzle assembly, diaphragm assembly. It also does a total revamping /reconditioning of used and old turbines.

The organization has grown 4 folds in last 3 financial years (2005-06 to 2008-09) which is the result of our positive thinking and effort by the work force under the guidance of able leadership.
