Steam tube dryer is one of the indirect heat rotary dryer, contain rotating shell, rows of steam tubes arranged in concentric circles and extended throughout the length of the dryer. Steam tubes are designed to transfer heat from steam to the material being dried. Thus being the most energy efficient dryer.
The fish cake is carried from the double screw Press through a second conveyor to the lump brake. The cake is then carried to the dryer with the help of a third conveyor and there it is dried through our steam tube dryer. This dried fish is again carried to the screener with the help of a fourth conveyor.
