We offer fish oil plant, which is in wide demand in the fishery industry for the processing of raw fish or fish waste into the final fish oil. The fish waste is turned into fish meal with the help of this plant. Furthermore, if the fish is oily then more oil can be extracted making the fish waste into a profit making business. The output of our fish meal is 2 ton for an input of 10 tons of fresh fish, whereas, the output of oil is 1 ton for an input of 10 tons of fresh fish.

Steam tube dryer is one of the indirect heat rotary dryer, contain rotating shell, rows of steam tubes arranged in concentric circles and extended throughout the length of the dryer. Steam tubes are designed to transfer heat from steam to the material being dried. Thus being the most energy efficient dryer.
The fish cake is carried from the double screw Press through a second conveyor to the lump brake. The cake is then carried to the dryer with the help of a third conveyor and there it is dried through our steam tube dryer. This dried fish is again carried to the screener with the help of a fourth conveyor.

Our company is engaged in manufacturing and exporting of hammer mill that is used in plant machinery. With the help of a fifth conveyor the screened dried fish meal is carried to the hammer mill. Here the cake is hammered to the size as required by the client and is packed in jute bags having polythene linings.
