Our range of high speed single face corrugating machine with sheet cutting machine increases the efficiency and production over the vertical type machine. It is provided with motorized self loading twin shaft reel stand. Single face corrugating machine manufactured by us require minimum maintenance due to the heavy construction of all the major components.

Our range of sheet pressing machine are used to press corrugated board. We have fabricated technically sound machinery for the purpose of obtaining strong & even boards, to press corrugated sheets of different plys. Further the pressure on sheets is regularized by spring actions, giving an even impression to the pressed sheets.

Our range of single face corrugating machine vertical type is used to form corrugated board. It consists of a set of corrugating rolls with heating arrangements and glue applicator rolls. To successfully operate it, one kraft liner paper and corrugated paper are fed into the machine. Before the medium paper enter the corrugating rolls, the later will be heated using heating arrangement fitted therein to produce a surface temperature of 320-3400 F.
These roll will heat the corrugating medium when it comes in their contact. This heat treatment makes the paper soft and pliable so that uniform flutings are produced. On leaving the corrugating rolls, the corrugating medium comes out to meet a glue applicator roll, which applies adhesive to tips of flutes formed by the roll. Immediately after the application of glue, the first liner is brought into contact with the glued tips and than would in roll. The resulting board is known as single face corrugated.
