Our assortment of leather is finely processed and the products are manufactured with finest quality leather, which is the reason our gamut stands high in terms of durability, quality and artistic appeal.
 
Our mentor, Mr. U. Vinodh Kanth holds a wide industry experience of 16 years in the field of leather trade and has been the pillar for the success of our company. He has a BE degree in Leather Technology and MBA in Marketing / System. His commitment helped us conduct our business on ethical grounds. With a fine blend of conventional and modern techniques of leather processing and crafting, we have been able to offer qualitative leathers and other leather products in terms of durability and strength. Further, we also offer customization as per the specifications detailed by the clients.

With the unrelenting efforts, we have achieved the legal status of proprietorship firm and an export house. We have two state-of-the-art tanneries, in which we process and tan various skins and hides. Both the units are spread over sprawling area of 3500 square feet and has the production capacity of 1,50,000 sq. ft. to 2,00,000 sq. ft. per month. The unit is integrated with various machines such as:
 

• Burnishing machine
• Cutting machine
• Brushing machine
• Finish machine

 
All the machines are periodically inspected to avoid inconvenience and meet the production schedules. We follow conventional process to manufacture leather in our tannery.

We make substantial investments in bringing new equipment as well as technologies to increase our production capacities and product quality. All our stringent quality measures are to maintain the quality of our products and make sure that the end product is flawless.

Our diligent team of professionals undertakes the processing of leather in three different steps that includes namely preparatory stages, tanning & crusting. During the preparatory stage, the skin is made ready to tan by different process namely soaking, liming, removing of hair, fleshing and others.
 
After that the skin goes through tanning process it becomes a stable material that do not putrefy. This can be further used for numerous end applications. We utilize various materials for tanning based on the application in which the product is used. Soon after tanning, the skin undergoes through the processes of finished pickling and basification.
 
Finally, the skin has to pass thorough crusting stage. Here it is thinned, re-tanned and lubricated. This stage also includes coloring of the skin, where colors are added to it. Other processes such as wetting back, splitting, dyeing, filling, whitening, fixating, drying and conditioning comes under the crusting stage. For some leathers we also apply surface coating.
