Treatment for Men... The levels of androgens - male sex hormones are increased after treatment.
Treatment for Women... In females secondary ammenorrhoea due to thyroid or ovarian dysfunction can be corrected with this treatment. There is excellent medicine which induces ovulation. In most of the cases unovulatory periods are a cause for infertility.

The more common problems most of the men used face in their sexual life is erectile disfunction which ultimately lead to dissatisfaction and inturn Infertility. This can easily be rectified with the help of medicines, diet and some exercises.

Diet::-
Diet should be rich in  protiens and minerals.

Can have almonds 5-10 daily in raw form. Sprouts also will help a lot. Channa and green gram in sprouted form. (channa 10numbers in the morning before breakfast soaked in water the previous evening and some 50grams of green gram sprouted in the noon).  Any one of the above if taking daily will be highly beneficial.
Try to have milk at night along with kasakasa and panagkarkandu.

Taking greens often in diet is useful. One pomegranate or chevvazhai is also helpful in improving counts as well erection

One tender coconut daily is also good. Any of the above must be taken daily.

Keeping scrotum alone in chill water for some 30 minutes daily will reduce the scrotal temperature and helps in improving semen parameters as well erection.

It is normal getting erection in the early morning as there is an increase in hormonal levels in the mornings. So please try to have sex in the early mornings.

Doing the following exercises regularly will improve erection as well helps to sustain erection during sex. Erection and ejaculation is purely body mind coordination and this can be achieved by practice.

1. Squeezing technique :-
In this technique, you may apply little coconut oil/olive oil on the penis and give gentle massage.
You may do it once daily and it may lead possibly to sex.
It is not compulsory to have sex after this.

2. P.C.Muscle contraction & relaxation:-
While doing this exercise, you have to smoothly contract the scrotum upwards and relax it slowly. This contraction and relaxation is being done by P.C muscle. You have to do it some 5 counts in the morning and 5 in the evening for 1 week. Then make it 10 in the morning and 10 in the evening for one more week. Then continue as 20 in the morning and 20 in the evening regularly.

3. Stop & Start Method:-
In this technique, while performing sex, you have to insert the penis in side the vagina and give to and fro movements slowly. Don't retract the penis fully. Keep it inside and give movements slowly. Stop movement for some 10 or 20 counts and then give movements again.

This will help you to have sex for longer periods. You can postpone ejaculation.

This will also help your spouce to attain orgasm this in turn helps in conception.
