The group had a modest beginning in the late 1950s. The founder, Sh . Jai Chand Lal Karwa, started with jute & cloth trading in the bustling metropolis of Mumbai. The 1960s & 70s saw the next generation joining business and expanding into construction, cement, paper & stock broking & opening of offices in Delhi & Calcutta.

Team / ManpowerMr. Nand Kishore Karwa has a graduate degree in commerce. He has accumulated over 25 years of experience in sales & distribution in diverse lines. He started his career in Mumbai and with an eye on future expansion, shifted base to Delhi . He has nurtured and grown the group's interests and diversified into new areas like apparel.
Mr. Narayan Karwa is a commerce graduate. With over 20 years of experience and sound knowledge of taxation and law, he has been running the group's Mumbai office. An active Rotarian and socialite.
Mr. Nilesh Karwa has a graduate and post graduate degree in management. After a brief stint in corporate world, he joined the family business and looks after the apparel business.
Mr. Pramod Karwa joined business after a post graduate degree in management. He manages the apparel business in Delhi .
Mr. Nitin Karwa holds a graduate degree in management. He looks after the paper trading business in Mumbai.
