Established in the year 1992, Kasim Textile Mills, is a flourishing manufacturer and merchant exporter of fabrics that are put to use in the garments and home furnishing industry. Supported by our well integrated facility, we also take pride in our strategic contacts in the industry, which help us in sending the best range of fabrics to our overseas clients. Our comprehensive array of products comprises of cotton grey fabrics, lycra fabrics, filament fabrics, blended fabrics, dyed woven fabrics and Dobby designed fabrics.
Situated in TamilNadu, we are at the helm of the textile industry in India, that provides our company an edge in making use of the best resources that are available. Spectrum of Our Products
The assortment of our products can be availed in a variety of teasing colors coupled with stunning designs and patterns. Some of the best yarns like cotton, cotton-lycra and polyester filament, go into the manufacturing of our incomparable line of fabrics. The quality of these yarns is 5% Uster Level. These yarns are procured from the best mills in Tamil Nadu like Rajapalayam Group of Mills and Shanmugaval Group of Mills.

Machinery & Capacity We take pride in our advanced machinery strength that is at par with international standards. Our well oiled plant is equipped with number of machinery and equipment assisting us in flawlessly carrying out production activities with constant efforts towards updating them to be in step with the changing times. Our unit is spread over a sprawling complex spreading over 3 acres of land, which gives ample space for large scale production. Our unit is divided into different departments such as cone winding, pirn winding , drawing in, knotting, loom shed, packing and utility. We have:

Skilled Manpower
With the presence of such machines in large numbers, we are able to manufacture close to 3 lac meters of fabric each month. Reaching such monthly targets has been easier for us with the active support of our workforce. Our talented and skilled team comprises of technicians, engineers, quality control inspectors and allied workers.
Quality Control Mechanism
Quality is at the fore front of all our activities and is the prime aspect over which our products are tested. Our inspection process begins at the elementary stages, where the selection of yarn is made by testing and ends with the finished Grey fabric. The testing is conducted by taking samples of yarns from leading manufacturers on various features at SITRA and many other respectable yarn testing agencies. The yarn that satisfies our personnel the most is selected and purchased for production.

This yarn is then processed to get the Grey fabric and results in quality par excellence. We conduct a number of tests at different stages and this can be better understood as follows:
- Raw material: quality parameters testing
- At warping: Breakage study
- At sizing: Breakage study, Lappers study, Stretch control
- At weaving: Breakage study, Quality checking
- At warehouse: Quality checking, Packing

Customer Satisfaction
To achieve complete customer satisfaction, we offer a variety of value added services for them. These include product sampling and customization facility. The customers can get products customized as per their requirement in choice of colors, designs, lengths, pattern, weaves etc.

Warehouse, Packaging & Logistics Facility
To store our voluminous stock of products we are backed by a vast warehouse. The presence of a huge warehouse eases out the pressure of storing the products till they are sent out for packaging and delivery. We maintain a congenial atmosphere fit for storing the consignments and regularly fumigate.

These fabrics are individually packed in the form of bales and as rolls for bulk requirements.
We are equipped with baling machines that help us in making bales out of the fabrics.It has been easier for us to deliver packed consignments to their respective destinations with the presence of an in-house logistics facility. We have electric cranes to carry the packed products to the vehicle, in addition to machines such as:
