About Us

The company was incorporated in 2002-2003 in the name & style as M/s SKM Builders (P) Ltd, but in the year 2003-04 the name has been changed under Companies Act, 1956 and brought the new name as Kaushalya Contractors & Developers (P) Ltd. The company started with a modest business of Rs. 30 Lacs in the year 2002-03 and has achieved a turnover of Rs. 80 Lacs in the financial year 2003-2004, Rs. 170 Lac in the Year of 2004-05 and above Rs. 225 Lac in the Year of 2005-06 i.e. the turnover is recording an exponential growth, almost doubling the turnover every year. This has been made possible by the enormous confidence, we enjoy from our esteemed clients. The company has plans to achieve a turnover of Rs. 800 Lacs in the year of 2008-09 Before the formation of the said company, Mr. J.C. Sharma, Managing Director of this company, was heading other two Sister Concern companies, i.e. M/s Amardeep Developers (P) Ltd. & M/s Sky High Developers (P) Ltd., as Managing Director since 1992. Working as M.D. of those companies, he had achieved several land marks while completing prestigious projects which are shown in the list of executed work attached to this.
