We are very pleased to inform you that we have acquired DCI Digital Communications (www.dci.ca). DCI is a specialised Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) products company based out of Canada. DCI also offers custom solutions to reduce interference problems in the 30 MHz to 6 GHz range. The company has been making high-quality RFI filters since 1994. This is our second acquisitions in Canada after Til-Tek Antennae Inc in January last year. DCI comes to Kavveri's fold with customers like SaskTel and Rogers, both cellular operators in Canada and AT&T among others. Acquisition of DCI is in line with our company's strategy for the North American and Asian markets.
