• Mr. C. Shivakumar Reddy - Managing Director

Mr. Shivakumar Reddy, the Managing Director of Kavveri Telecom Products Limited, holds a B.Tech (Electronics & Communications) degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad with over 20 years of experience and expertise in the telecom industry.

In 1988, he jointly started Kaveri Microwave Components Ltd., in Hyderabad as one of the Promoter Directors, and was instrumental for design, development and marketing of RF products till August 1991. From 1991 to 1996 he served the Chief Executive’s role in Kaveri Microwave Components. In 1996 Kaveri Microwave Components was taken over by Kaveri Telecoms Limited. Mr. C. Shivkumar Reddy continues to be the Chief Executive of the merged entity and is also the Managing Director of Kavveri Telecom Products Limited. He is a visionary and the key motivation factor driving the growth o f the company.

He is responsible for R&D, Marketing & Sales, Internal Audit and Quality Assurance Department.

• Smt. R. H. Kasturi - Director

Smt. R.H. Kasturi, the Director of Kavveri Telecom Products Limited, holds B.E. (Electronics & Communication) degree from Bangalore University. She started the company Kaveri Microwave Components in 1991 as proprietary concern.

After Kaveri Microwave Components was taken over by Kaveri Telecoms Limited in 1996, Smt. R. H. Kasturi was appointed as Director.

She is responsible for Human Resources, Administration and Quality Control.

• Mr. L. Nicholas - Director (R&D)

Mr. L. Nicholas, the Director (R&D) of Kavveri Telecom Products Limited, holds B.E. (Electronics & Communication) degree from Bangalore University. Prior to joining Kaveri Telecoms in 1997, he was with the Communication Systems Division of ISRO Satellite Centre, Department of Space, Bangalore for 23 years. During this period he was actively associated with Design, Development, Testing and Qualification of various Onboard Satellite and Ground-based Antennas.

Mr. Nicholas was an active contributor to various initiatives of ISRO and has been extensively awarded for his achievements and National Research and Development Corporation’s (NRDC) Independence Day Award in the year 1995 for the design and development of Satellite Hand Held Phone Antenna in UHF/L/S band. He has also published 16 papers in foreign and Indian journals viz. IEEE, European Microwave Conference, Japan Microwave and Space Symposium etc.

• Mr. L. R. Venugopal - Director

Mr. L.R. Venugopal, an independent Director of Kavveri Telecom Products Limited is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He has over 25 years of experience in the industry and is also a Partner in another reputed Audit Firm, K.V.Narasimhan & Company.
