About UsKavita Labels (India) Pvt. Ltd. was formed and promoted in February, 1993, by a group of dedicated professionals who have been in the field of woven label making since 1959. The capital investment in the venture is USD 2.2 million (Rs. 100 million) and the company employs 60 people.

The entire production of the unit is currently being consumed by the garment manufacturers and exporters inIndia with the produce also being exported to the garment manufacturers of UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan, Kenya etc. |
InfrastructureWhen it comes to infrastructure Kavita labels has some of the best available machinery to continue to be able to produce labels of the highest quality. We have sourced the equipment from the top producers of these machines from around the world so we have nothing but the best at our disposal.
At our woven labels division we have the installed capacity to manufacture up to 157, 800, 000 labels per year. This puts us in an extremely advantageous when it comes to large orders.
Our printed label division is also capable of processing large orders and we have the capacity of being able to produce up to the magnitude of up to 6 0,000,000 labels in a year.
We have a variety of processing and finishing facilities that are used for the laser cutting, engraving and merrowing of labels. In addition to these, we also have a superb testing centre to keep up a very high level of quality across all the labels that we manufacture. Broad – Beam Air-Jet Weaving Loom (Taffeta)

Weaving width is 1600 mm with 8 repeats each of 200 mm 1152 ends per repeat.
Typical capacity: 98,000 labels per day.
This is a machine with extremely high productivity, running at 750 insertions per minute. As the weft is transported with the help of computer controlled jets of air, there are no moving mechanical parts inside the shed. This ensures minimal stop time due to weft breaks in addition to producing labels incorporating up to eight weft colors.
Mujet - Air Jet Weaving Looms (Taffeta-2)

Weaving width is 1000 mm with 5 repeats each of 200 mm 1152 ends per repeat.
Typical capacity: 95,000 labels each per day.
This device has an extremely high speed and is a very precise computer controlled machine running at 900 weft insertions per minute. Efficiencies up to 96% are achievable due to a minimum of moving parts inside the shed and negligible warp and weft breaks. It can produce labels incorporating up to eight colors.
