Apron conveyor rollers are used in all cement plant machinery and conveyors. We undertake orders and supply as per customer specifications.

These items are manufactured in graded castings like GGG 50 and GG 25 material and fully machined and inspected by 'Ultra Scan test' to  detect internal cracks.

We are also manufacturing Ejecting slides and Wear plates called as rebars used as machinery spares in steel manufacturing industries.

These components are manufactured in graded steel. The components are fablicated and supplied to various steel plants, cement plants and power plants as machinery spares as per the customers requirement.

Shafts are manufactured by forging and fully machined in CNC machines. The shafts find application in steel plant machinery and we supply as per the customers' specifications.

Roller conveyors are being used in cement plants, steel industries and electrical equipment transportation, These products are manufactured and supplied by us according to the customers' specifications. 

We are also manufacturing Rubber Moulded components with sophisticated tooling experience to maintain the quality to meet global standards. We also deal with various rubber moulded components comprising of various polymers, viz. natural, nitrile, EPDM, silicon, neoprene and viton.

Spring isolators consist of springs manufactured with graded steel material that are heat treated. The springs are protected from corrosion and rust by powder coating and different colours are used for easy identification. The springs are mounted at the top and bottom with 4mm thick CR sheet component that are zinc and blue passivated, to prevent rust and corrosion. The plates are bonded with serration rubber on the top and bottom to prevent deflections and for free standing.

We also accept orders for customized isolators with higher deflection and greater load capacity as per the customers' requirements.

Application

Spring Isolators are recommended for use in heavy machinery to effectively control the high and low frequency vibrations produced by machines like reciprocating air compressors, pumps, air conditioning equipment and internal combustion engines.

We also deal in Weld Neck Flanges in Alloy and Non Alloy material from 3 kgs to 800 kgs in weight as per the customers specific requirements.
