We provide precision bolt lock washers, serving various industrial and commercial requirements. We also offer many other types of washers for different purposes. A washer is a thin disk-shaped plate with a central hole, which is normally used to distribute the load of a threaded fastener. It can also be used as a spacer, spring, wear pad, preload indicating device, and locking device. Rubber washers are also used in taps or valves where they form the seal that shuts off the flow of liquid or gas. Usually the outer diameter of the washer is about twice its inner diameter.

We fabricate different types of threaded components catered to various engineering industries. These threaded components can be either made from tapping method or by rolling.
The process of cutting the threads in a hole is called "tapping" the hole. The die cuts a thread on a preformed cylindrical rod. To achieve great strength, the threads are rolled. Rolled threads have the advantage of increased strength along with reduced material cost as the bar or rod used is actually smaller than the finished size due to the material squeezing into shape.

These manufactured by us undergo three manufacturing stages namely Heading, Thread rolling and Blackening. We use high grades of Steel and other metals to fabricate precision bolts. After the fabrication of the bolt an anti-corrosive layer is applied to stop oxidation, thus making it corrosion resistant.
