High efficiency heaters duly hydraulically tested and of requisite capacity of gilled pipes are given to work at 100 psi steam supply. Air Circulation fans each with a motor with equisite ducting, are provided for equi-distribution of hot air, uniformly throughout the inner space of the chamber. The air circuit is efficient and modern. Hand lever operated Butterfly combination with outlet is given or air circulating system to regulate airflow, quality wise.

Totally enclosed rectangular type chamber with double metal cladded insulating panels to prevent heat dissipation through radiations.

One section houses steam heated radiators and conveyor, while other section carried fan and fan housing. The wet material is carried on the conveyor for drying. The conveyor is very slowly moving in the chamber.

Radiator are mounted in the chamber above the conveyor. :

FAN & FAN HOUSING:

Fan & Fan housing are in one section. The air is taken away from the fan through duct line to the heaters. Intermediate exhausts are provided for removing moist air. The even distribution of hot air is achieved in the compartments. The air circuit is efficient and modern.

DRIVE:

Suitable 3 HP/5 HP electric motor with suitable sturdy gear box and pulleys with "V" belts and base of the motor and gear box, Chain & Chain wheels are provided to get slow motion of the conveyor.
