About Us

The company was formed in the year 1995 as a proprietary firm at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The initial idea was to provide specialised cleaning services to the corporate sector in a reliable, consistent and regular manner.

The main functions of the company are taking Cleaning contracts on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis depending upon the client's needs and type of property.

In the year 2000 the first branch office was established in Bhavnagar.

The second branch office came up in 2002 at Pune to provide the same set of services by employing women staff also. The company, since its formation in 1995 has progressed upwards.

In the year 2005 the company was registered as a Private Limited company under the Registrar of Companies Act.

We are a group of housekeeping professionals with a combined experience of over 40 years in the country's reputed hotels. We have got together to make our expertise available to companies who want to have the hygiene and cleanliness of their facilities maintained in a reliable, consistent and regular manner.

Keeping in view the trend and the demand to go global, we have equipped ourselves with a team of trained work force and the latest equipment and technical assistance from international giants like Taski of Switzerland, Nilfisk-Advance of Denmark etc.

The Kabir Team
The success and health of any team is primarily dependent on its leaders. The Kabir team is lead by its founder Mr. Aziz Rajabali who has been affiliated with the cleaning industry since 1982. He holds a distinction certificate in housekeeping from IHM, Ahmedabad and has also done his DCHM and PGDBA. He had the opportunity of gaining quality experience from the various prestigious hotels of India including the Taj group of hotels. He is assisted by Mr. Harish Menon who also has an extensive hospitality background and Ms. Smita Rajabali who is an ex Govt. of Indias class II officer.

Training is one of the most important functions in our team building program. We believe that training is the foundation of any teams success. Training is an investment with maximum satisfying returns. Our training program consists of subjects/ topics like Importance of Cleaning, Standard Cleaning Procedures, Sinners Circle, Know Your Self, Personal Hygiene & Grooming, Job Satisfaction, Courtesy-A way of Life, Team Work, Time Management, Planning your Work, The Art of Listening, Equipment Care, Chemicals & Detergents, Floor Care & Fabric Care, Dreams & Goals, and so on. Training sessions are arranged at regular intervals for the entire hierarchy to keep-up the morals of the team and to keep them up-dated with the latest developments in the technology and techniques of the industry.

Our team of trained and dedicated hospitality staff can perform various Housekeeping tasks using the right equipment, cleaning agents and techniques. As and when required, we add on more people to our team to provide consistant service to our valued clients. All our staff are our whole time employees.
