	Infrastructure We take pride in our infrastructure, which is robust and up graded. Our manufacturing plant stands in an area measuring 1200 square feet. it has the latest machineries that make use of cutting edge technologies, which enhance the productivity and help in meeting the bulk requirements of our clients. We also have hand tools that are used as much as machines. 	Manufacturing Process We manufacture premium quality Leather goods that are made from cattle hide. The transformation of a piece of hide in to an attractive leather product involves a series of cumbersome processes. These processes are listed below: Tanning is the process converts the protein of the raw hide or skin into a stable material which will not putrefy and is suitable for a wide variety of end applications. Various proteases, amylases and lipases are used for soaking, bating, de hairing and decreasing. Scudding is carried out for removal of hide with the help of plastic knife Deliming makes the hide soft and flexible Crusting is the process where hide/skin is thinned, re tanned and lubricated. Often a coloring operation is included in the crusting sub-process. Finishing operations include a number of processes such as: Oiling Brushing Padding Impregnation Buffing Spraying Roller coating Curtain coating Polishing Plating Embossing Ironing Glazing

	Warehouse We have a massive ware house where we store the bulk orders of our clients before transportation. There is proper provision of sunlight and air. The interiors are sprayed with anti fungal fluids so that no fungus and microorganisms develop and adversely affect the goods. All strict measures are taken so that the goods reach clients end in sound state.
