We use high grade cast iron and bronze to manufacture these pumps and the flanges are designed as per DIN 2532 / 2533 standard (On the request of the client flanges can be drilled as per ANSI / BS standard). For the lubrication oil is used and on the request of the client grease lubrication can be performed. These pumps operate in clockwise direction when viewed from drive end. The highlighting features of these pumps are

Applications:

KPWP type pumps are used in air-condition, plants, fire fighting application, food industry, sugar industry, dyeing units, paper & pulp industry, steel plants, sea water desalination plants, power stations and absorption plants in environmental engineering & etc. Also these are used in handling of all types of clear non -aggressive water, condensate water up to 90oC, Irrigation, General water supply in agriculture.

Design

These pumps are designed in horizontal, radial split, single stage volute casing pumps in back pull out design. Also there is closed impeller construction with two deep groove ball bearings on pump end, drive end and designed in accordance with DIN 24255/ EN 733. The KPWP model consists of 32 pump sizes. Entire range of pump covered with THREE shaft sizes and maximum interchangeability.

Vertical Pumps

Vertically arranged centrifugal pumps type KP-VER is manufacture using high grade cast Iron, WCB, CF8, CF8M, SS317, CD4MCu, ALLOY20, HASTALLOY 'B' &'C' and is suggested in all cases where space is constraint for the installation. Furthermore, if there is any risk of flooding they also provide safety for the motor. These pumps are commonly used for sewage water supply in effluent disposal and have features such as.

Application

KP-VER type are used in chemical & petrochemical industries, food industries, sugar industry, paper & pulp industry, fertilizer units, granite units etc. They find wide application in transferring the liquid below reservoir or from the tank and also used in handling of all types of clear liquids, acids, dyes, hydrocarbons, slurries, waste water, & etc

Design

These are designed in vertical suspended with closed and semi open impeller construction for wet and dry pit applications. We have installed overhang impellers up to 2 meters submersion depths, inter mediate bush bearing support for submersion over 2 meters.

The SAE Engine pump is a 4" X 3" centrifugal pump with an SAE 5 housing adapter for direct coupling to engine driven systems. The pump is direct couple and therefore it has no coupling and alignment problems. It also has victaulic couplings that make the installation & maintenance simple by using a 12"crescent wrench. The horse power requirement to run the engine pump @ 750 GPM is 24 H.P. The highlighting features of this pump are:

Mixed Flow Pumps

We manufacture mixed flow pump using high grade cast Iron and Bronze. The flanges provided are as per BS 10 table D&E. The Shaft Sealing of the mixed flow pump is done using uncooled stuffing box that helps in the sealing of internal/external liquid. We can also provide our clients with a special model having mechanical seal. The highlighting features are:

Stock pumps are manufacture using high grade Cast Iron, WCB, CF8, CF8M, SS317, CD4MCu, ALLOY 20 and HASTALLOY 'B' & 'C'. The shaft seal is done using soft packet stuffing box and mechanical seal can be provided on the client’s request. It also has a KPPS + C closed impeller and KPPS open impeller. The direction when viewed from coupling end appears to be clockwise. The highlighting features are.

Heavy Duty Pumps

Use of high grade Cast Iron,WCB,CF8,CF8M, CF3M, CD4MCu, ALLOY 20 and HASTALLOY 'B'&'C' has been made as raw material.The flanges of these heavy duty pumps are oil lubricated and are designed as per ANSI B 16.1 CLASS 150 LBS FF, ANSI B 16.5 CLASS 300 LBS FF and can be drilled as per DIN standard on the client’s request.The shaft seal is done using either soft packet stuffing box or else mechanical seal can also be provided on the client’s request.The highlighting features are:

Semi open impeller construction with one cylindrical roller bearing on pump end, one double row angular contact ball bearing on drive end and designed in accordance with ANSI B 73.1.
