It works on digital belt weighing system (DBWS) mechanism with single, dual and multi idler type depending upon the accuracy and material flow requirement. It accurately and reliably measures the flow of material conveying through the mechanical belt conveyor.
 
With using our highly performing belt weighing system, there is no need to take the feedback from the return belt (such as general belt scale), which may give false feedback due to spicks in the return movement path of the belt. There is also no need to consider intermediate signal conditioners and amplifiers between mechanism and computation & control device.
 
Our weighing system, a digital computation and control device feeds the sensor excitation voltages without any ripple or deviations providing protection to the sensor. It also assists in having optimum result obtained from the sensors.
 
Following points are considered while designing and manufacturing belt weighing system:
 
  • Does not effect to the bulk dead loads (tare weight)
