Kehr Surgical Private Limited was established in 1970. Our first global recognition came when Becton Dickinson, USA a Fortune 500 Company approved our quality after thorough checks and agreed to source surgical blades from us in their own private label.

Since then we have received recognition from various quarters including awards for Industrial excellence, import substitution as well as exports. Our group exports are more than double the combined exports of all other surgical blade manufacturers in India, which speaks volumes of our popularity in the global scenario.

Dr.S.V. Karmarkar has been selected as the winner for having responded and completed the survey with the most insightful and detailed feedback. He goes on a free trip to Goa. We also take great pride in the fact that every blade is inspected under a class 100 vertical laminar flow bench in our exceptional class 1000 clean room which far exceeds current industry standards. Bar coding is also extensively used for automatic data capture of information regarding materials and supplies through every stage of the manufacturing process, from receipt to final sales and dispatch. This, together with ERP/EDI applications facilitate greater stock control and helps us meet our deadlines, anytime and everytime.

All this has together won us the confidence of our customers and the reputation of a company that is today a force to be reckoned with in the world of surgical blades.

During 2000 we participated in 5 Trade shows to introduce the KIATO CE marked range of surgical blades and disposable scalpels in new markets.
