Rashtriya Udyog Ratna Award 2010 was awarded to our owner and CEO, Mr. Indulal S. Acharya.

Mr. Indulal S. Acharya, who has more than 12 years of experience in the industry, founded KEL India Filters in 1998. Being an M.Tech qualified engineer himself, Mr. Acharya plays a key role in developing the new products manufactured by our company. He heads the R&D team and is respected in all circles for his attention to quality and innovation. He remains the key driving force in our company, and all the employees draw inspiration from him. Mr. Acharya has been recently awarded with the Rashtriya Udyog Ratna Award in recognition of his contribution to the industry.

KEL India Filters is a leading manufacturer, supplier and exporter of a variety of air and gas filters. We manufacture products such as dust collection filter cartridges, pollution control filters, air intake gas turbine filters, air compressor filters and PU molded filter cartridges. We are India’s first indigenous filter manufacturers of pleated dust collection filter cartridges, PP filter bag and liquid filter bag with welded PP collar.

We use high quality polyester fabrics, PP and PE sourced from trusted vendors in the manufacture of our filters and filter bags. Our filters are widely used in oil refineries, pharmaceutical factories, chemical plants, fertilizer plants and food and beverage plants. Some of the key features of our producible India Filters is a leading manufacturer, supplier and exporters of a wide range of air and gas filters, filter housing, filter cartridges and filter bags. Our range includes pleated dust collection filter cartridges, liquid filter bags, pollution control filters, air intake gas turbine filters and air compressor filters. We use high grade polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and 100% polyester fabric sourced from trusted vendors in the manufacture of our products. All our products can be customized to meet different capacities and sizes required by customers in the power, oil, petrochemical, food & beverage and chemical industries. Apart from our Indian customers such as Indian Oil and ONGC, our products are also exported to our esteemed customers in Europe, USA and GCC countries are:

Quality testing forms an integral part of our production process. All our filters and bags undergo rigorous testing before being dispatched to the customer. We use polythene, corrugated board and wooden packaging for our products. This ensures that they reach the customer safely and in good condition. Our quality team is trained to notice any deviations during the manufacturing process itself, hence making sure that each and every product is fabricated as per the guidelines and specifications.

We have two manufacturing units covering a total area of 3,000 square feet located in Gujarat (India). Our facilities have the latest machinery (including the heat welding machine) which is upgraded with important developments in technology. All our equipment is maintained by our efficient team which in turn minimizes downtime. We also have in-house CAD/CAM facilities to meet all the design requirements of our clients. We rely on high precision computer controlled material-cutting turning and related machinery to perform these tasks. Our qualified and experienced engineers are experts in handling all the designing and tooling needs of our production team.
