Note :
Capacity is based on temperature drop of 5ºC (i.e. From 37ºC to 32ºC at design WBT of 28ºC) and water flow rate of 13 LPM per TR.
Cooling towers can be offered without cold water basin if required.
All civil/electrical / plumbing work is executed from our scope.
Basin capacity as indicated is for standard basin of 300mm depth. Higher capacity basins can be supplied at extra cost if required.
For C/TS model DPSQ 200 & above, RCC basin is recommended. However FRP basin can be supplied on request.

Theses are symmetrical plates for regular use. Different plate patterns allow for optimization of thermal transfer or pressure drop. An obtuse angle (high-theta plate) gives high resistance and an acute angle (low-theta plate) a low pressure drop.
GX Ultraflex Plates:
The plates are available with a herringbone pattern and either an acute or obtuse angle, making it possible to achieve six channel combinations. The Ultraflex design allows the two plates to be turned and rotate, giving six combinations of high – and low theta plate pairs, matching the performance parameters of your application. Ultraflex allows asymmetrical designs, with the primary and secondary circuits designed for heat transfer efficiency.
