We also offer Sewage Water Treatment Plants, which reduce BOD, COD & TSS from sewage of residential and commercial buildings. The treated sewage water can be used for gardening, flushing, car washing, and various other purposes. These sewage water treatment plants are based on the latest SAFF (Submerged Aerobic Fixed Film) or FAB (Floating Aerobic Biomedia) treatment followed by clarification by a tube settler.

Working process:

Lime is dosed in for suppression of foaming tendencies
After dosing of co-agulant (alum), the clarified water is again filtered in a multi media sand filter to eliminate unsettled suspended impurities. This process is followed by activated carbon filter for removal of organics.
Subsequently, the filtered water from ACF is chlorinated & stored in the treated water tank
