Happenings / News / Press CoverageKemin to present at BIT’s Inaugural Symposium on Enzymes and Biocatalysis Date: 4/22/2010 10:11 am SINGAPORE – April 21, 2010 – Dr. Tan Hai Meng, vice president of research and development for Kemin AgriFoods Asia, will present a paper at the BIT Life Sciences Inaugural Symposium on Enzymes and Biocatalysis held April 22 – 24, 2010 in Shangai, China.
Dr. Tan will be presenting a paper titled ‘Using enzymes to extract energy value from an alternative feed substrate”.
“The demand for enzymes has grown rapidly over the past decade, a trend I expect to continue in the next few years,” says Dr. Tan. “As production increases to meet demand, companies like Kemin will also be working to introduce new and improved enzyme products to the market.”
The aim of this symposium is to bring together professionals and those who are interested in enzyme and biocatalysts technology to share the recent development and future trends.
