About Us
Keshkamat, established in February 1979, supplier and installer of CCTV systems, water cooling jacket, cctv camera equipment for industrial and commercial premises. Since 1980, we have primarily concentrated on manufacturing and supplying flame and explosion proof CCTV system equipment for refineries, petrochemical plants, offshore platforms, coal mines, oil wells and chemical and pharmaceutical plants. The flame and explosion proof enclosures for the CCTV equipment are custom built. We provide a number of accessories that can enhance your CCTV coverage and quality, depending on your site requirements. CCTV systems are vital as they enable you to monitor various areas of your site which are inaccessible to your employees. We manufacture enclosures, junction boxes in various sizes as per the requirement in aluminium alloy LM-6, stainless steel 304 and 316. We have unique designs of enclosures and pan and tilt for housing cameras and scanning them.

We offer Weather Proof Camera Housing, Camera Housing, Camera Housing with Wiper and Flame Proof Camera Housing under our segment of camera housing. Our assortment of Pan & Tilt Head includes weather proof pan and tilt head pans. Flame proof junction box and weather proof junction box are available in our segment of junction box. While our array of weather proof plungers include flame proof plunger and weather proof plunger.

Quality Assurance
Quality is the essence of our organization and we pay utmost attention to maintain it at our end. A testimony to the fact is that we are certified by y CMRI, BIS, CCOE which are certifying bodies for flame proof, explosion proof enclosures and equipment. To maintain such qualitative standards we use Hydraulic Testing Facility, Assembly of the equipment & Testing of the Equipment Hall, which are tested and certified by -7336674 in our manufacturing process. Our array is designed as developed under different qualitative standards, some of which are as follows:
In India, our products and flameproof CCTV equipment are certified by CMRI, BIS, CCOE which are certifying bodies for flame proof, explosion proof enclosures and equipment
Our products have been also certified as per ATEX Directives and CE marking by DNV Norway
Flame proof, Explosion proof, CCTV system equipment are designed and manufactured as per IS: 2148 (1981) for Zone 1 & Zone 2 for Fas Group I, IIA, IIB and Group IIC
These equipment are with weather proof protection as per IS: 13947 (Part 1, 1993) and also conforming to IS: 13346 (1992) for General Design, Rating and Performance.
The Equipment have been Tested and Certified by Central Mining Research Institute (CMRI) for Flameproof, Explosion proof and Weatherproof construction as per Indian Standards mentioned above
The Equipment are also certified and approved by Bureau of Indian Standards (ISI Mark) as per the License: - CM/L -7336674
The equipment has approvals from CCOE (Chief Controllers of Explosives, Nagpur) and D.G. F. A.S. L. I.
It is only after the above mentioned criterion is met, that our range is considered fit for export and supply. |
