The material of construction is Aluminium Alloy Casting (LM-6).

The enclosure is designed to take care of integrated explosion of the equipments mounted inside the enclosure. Under no circumstances the equipments will assist the explosion to occur nor it will produce or release any explosive atmosphere. The enclosure is designed precluding dangerous situations and after due analysis of possible operating faults. 

It has been designed for temperature class T6 (85° C). The enclosure has a platform inside in which the camera and the heater blower kit are mounted.  

The Heater Blower kit has been provided so that if condensation occurs then heater will heat the internal atmosphere and blower will blow the hot air towards the toughened glass provided on the front cover through which heat will radiate outwards.  

Provision for cable entry has been given in the enclosure through which cable of internal equipment pass.  

Operation: 

The enclosure can be mounted on the Pan and Tilt if observations are to be made in all directions. Alternately, they can be simply mounted at the required location with necessary brackets.

Its body is made of LM-6 ( Cast Aluminium alloy). It has a spigotted joint body and cover.

The cover is fixed to the body by 12 long HTS/SS hexagonal headed bolts with washers. These heads are effectively shrouded.

Certified and approved group IIC FLP double compression cable gland shall be fitted in the 26mm long threaded entry provided in the combined cable entry pad and sidewall.

Neoprene ` 0 ` ring is provided outside the effective flame path for IP protection.
