it is most suitable for book binding on perfect book binding machines for both spine and side applications.

for spine application, we offers three different grades. There are two general purpose grades one is pigmented off white grade and another one snow-white grade. Both these grades are suitable for perfect book binding machines for mostly non-art paper books. There is a special grade for art paper books which has got superior adhesion to art paper. Similarly, there are two side sealing grades, one pale-yellow in colour and another one having snow-white color.

Water based yet water resistant adhesive . Can be used for cold press ,hot press,modular furniture,HDF,MDF door manufacturer,finger jointing.

Fuller Max Bond Product Description: Maxbond Construction adhesive is a synthetic rubber based adhesive ideal for bonding timber and most common construction materials including brick, concrete, gypsum board, MDF board, particle board, galvanised metals and aluminium, ceramics, thermocol or polystyrene and mirrors(not overhead). Maxbond has a high initial grab, is fast curing and suitable for interior and exterior use. Key Performance Properties: • Bridges gaps up to 9 mm - effective when used on uneven surfaces. • One part - no mixing. • Paintable with most surface coatings. • Reduces squeaking associated with nail ride in floors. • Complies with AS 2329 – 1980 requirements. • Repositionable for up to 20 minutes after application. • Reduces number of mechanical fasteners required to install floors or walls. • Water resistant - will not break down in intermittent contact with water (e.g. rain). • Natural wood colour - blends in. • High bond strength. Main Applications: · Most bonding applications where a high strength, gap filling, one component adhesive is required. · Installing particle board, fibre cement, plaster board, plywood and strip flooring to joists. · Bonding fibre cement sheet, plaster board and wall panelling to timber and metal studs. · Timber, Metals and Mirrors (not overhead). · Replacing loose tiles on walls (not recommended for floor tiles). · Suitable for fixing polystyrene wall panels.
