Subsequently in 1980, the promoters of SESCO formed the ''Projects & Equipment Marketing Company'' as an independent entity for the promotion of Hereaus Group of Companies from Germany. This company was finally incorporated in 1986 & rechristened '' KG Projects & Equipment Marketing Company Pvt. Ltd.''.
