Our clients can avail the Vacuum (Thermo) Forming services from us. This service helps in bringing ideas into reality. The service has an advantage that it gives quick result

in low investment, short product life-cycle, design changes can be done if product is in testing, any quantity can be done with efficient results. Some of the Vacuum Forming products are bath-tubs, crockery, toy cars, medical training equipment and many more. 

For the production of products using Vacuum(Thermo) Forming, they need mould/die which is made from either epoxy, aluminum, wood, plastic or in combination of any of the materials. These moulds/dies gives the faster and accurate results.

Fabrication is a step in product design life-cycle, which is also called Proto-typing. The service requires high level skill and also different type of manufacturing as well as manual processes. Products we have proto-typed are display boxes, refrigerator parts, ATM machines and others.

They are well installed with all the latest high-technology equipments required for the production. We also have in house mold making, vacuum forming and 6'X4' product size machines. Both infrastructures and machines are operated and maintained by our skilled team-mates. A well-developed testing unit is also a part of the infrastructure which is again managed by highly skilled experts and quality controllers.

We have developed a capacious and well ventilated warehousing unit which has the capacity to store bulk orders and preserve the quality of the product. We also have an appointed personnel to keep a close tab on the all incoming and outgoing consignments. He also look after the maintenance of the unit. The enclosure prevents entry of any unwanted quantities such as excessive moisture, rusting agents and corrosive agents. Owing to appropriate labelling and marking on the products stored within makes an easy task of sorting the products for our staff. We also have packaging unit, which is again headed by an expert who use optimum quality material for the packaging of the products. We also have different shipment modes like cargo, sea and road.
