User's Guide :
Take 5kg lime of good quality and add 10 liter water in it.
let the mixture cool down absolutely. filter the same.
Add 250 gms. PLASTOCHEM binder to the mixture. Stir the mixture well.
Before applying the mixture, clean the surface well. for best results apply 2 to 3 coats.
Colour concentrate may be added to obtain colour of your choice.

How to Apply :
Apply the PVC adhesive to both pipes to be connected, and then put the two pipes together, press and twist the pipe to 180°.
Several minutes later, it's initial strength works, and several days later, you will get the full bonding strength.
Surfaces to be joined must be free from dirt, moisture, oil & other foreign material.
The product contains solvent. Highly Inflammable.
Precautions & Limitations :
Keep the container closed tightly.
Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
Store under ideal conditions in cool and dry place.

Clean both the surface to be bonded.
Stir the container.
Dilution is not recommended.
Apply a thin coat of PLASTOCHEM Synthetic Resin Adhesive with a wooden stick or glass rod evenly on both or one side (as per requirement).
Keep it under pressure till the adhesive is completely dried.
The excess Adhesives on the joints / sides should be wiped out with a wet clothes.
Pressure can be removed after 5-6 hours in case of hot climate. In Monsoon or Cold climates, pressure can be removed after 20-24 hours.
