We are engaged in manufacturing export quality gas and water tubes which are made from low-carbon mild steel on automatic tube mill by high frequency induction welding process. Entire array is varied used for transmission of water, gas, oil and air. Other silent features of our water and gas tubes include following:

Sizes:	outside diameter from 15 mm NB (1/2") to 100 mm NB (4"), wall thickness 2mm to 5.4mm and length 4 to 7 meter
Pipe ends:	Plain, Screwed and socketed
Surface finish:	Black (self-colored) outside mill protective coating
Production standards:	IS - 1239 part 1, equivalent BS - 1387, BS - 6323, ASTM A53 Grade A
Packing:	Bare Bundles
Inspection:	Mill's certificate or inspection by an independent organization authorized  by the customer
Tests performed:	chemical test, mechanical test, and hydrostatic test, others as required by the standards
Thickness:	light : + not limited - 8%. Medium & heavy: + not limited - 10%.
Length:	Light - Medium - Heavy Tubes: Random length of 4 to 7 mtrs or as specified

Assistance of well equipped quality testing laboratory leads to testing of finished products by passing it through for chemical, physical and mechanical test as per Indian standard specification and other as required. Packing:	Bare bundles unless special packing is requested

Specific characteristics of the ERW precision tubes are following:

• Tolerances: Outside Diameter Pipes size upto & including 1/2 inches + 1 - 0.4mm + 1 -1 %, pipe size 2 inches or above
• Thickness: -12.5% (max)
• Weight: + 1 -10%
• Testing: +1 - 0.4mm

 
Being quality focused company; we offer the ERW precision tubes which are passed through following testing:

Bend Test For Pipes upto & including2 inches: Bending angles 90, bending radius 12 times to the OD of tubes (no crack in body & weld.)

Flattening Test for pipes over 2 inches :
     1. Flatten upto 2/3 of OD for ductility of weld
     2. Flatten upto 1/3 of OD for ductility of steel
     3. Full Flattening for testing of lamination
