KHF Components Private Limited was incorporated in 2000 in India by a leading Miniature Ball Bearing manufacturing company from Japan. The know-how is transferred from our Holding Company in Japan, M/s. FMC Seiko Co. Ltd. All the machines used in the manufacture of Miniature Ball Bearings are imported from Japan. All the inputs going into the production of Bearings such as, Balls, Shields, Retainers, Grease, Cleaning Solvents, etc. to name a few, are all the best available in Japanese market. Bearing rings are manufactured out of high Carbon Chromium Bearing Steel rods imported from Japan. We are now exporting 3.2 million Bearings to Japan annually. The growing demand for our bearings from our overseas customers is ample testimony to our quality.

We use suitable grease from our standard range based on the application. The ball cages made out of Steel, Synthetic Resin and Plastics can be offered from our range depending upon the torque, grease life, low noise etc. Radial Clearance of a bearing depends on the RPM, temperature and fitting condition and can be selected from our standard chart.

Though slight interference fit is recommended, we can offer tolerance conforming to P4/P5, based on the running conditions.

Our workforce is our biggest asset. From the executives to the workmen, we impart training at our Principal's factories in Japan.

A full fledged Research & Development centre of our Principal's in Japan carries out the R&D activities.
