In the year 2001 we went for forward integration and started concentrating in the field of dyed yarn production.
Group started its operation with production of texturised yarn, has now spread his wings into production of Polyester staple fiber(PSF),Dyed yarn, Embroidery yarn, Polyester yarn, Viscose yarn and cotton fiber. The yarns are made using latest techniques and according to the changing market trends. The Group's products and services offer distinctive customer solutions worldwide. InfrastructureColored / Dyed Yarn Division
Neelam fibers was incorporated in the year 1992 as a texturised yarn manufacturing Unit. Neelam offers outstanding quality standards in bright filament yarn, textured and twisted dyed yarns and semi dull textured yarn. We Specially develop 100% Trilobal Polyester embroidery Yarn for multihead computerized and high speed Schiffli Embroidery Machine. Special care is taken, so that products are delivered timely to auto looms and embroidery industry. Company is also looking forward for ISO certification.
PSF Division
Alliance Fibres is a leading ISO 9001:2000 certified company, manufacturing high end Regenerate Polyester staple fiber ranging from 1.5 to 15 Deniers both in Silicon and non Silicon grade in various colors and different cut length as per clients requirements. In the year 2007 we went for backward integration in the field of Polyester Staple Fibre [PSF] where we generate polyester staple fiber [PSF] from polyester and pet waste. We are having cutting edge technology and skilled technical staff, who fulfill markets requirement; as a result we have attained annual capacity of 6000 MT.
Textured Yarn Division
Khodiar industries are known for textured yarn and cotton yarn. We manufacture world class Textured yarn and cotton yarn according to clients requirements. We are consistently serving the textile Industry with our optimum quality products. The continuous supply of utmost quality yarn has helped us in establishing a distinct identity for ourselves in the textile market.
We present special texturised yarn in various eye catching colors. We assure a timely delivery of the product and are fully capable to undertake bulk as well as small orders.
We have modern and technologically advanced infrastructure facilities with latest sophisticated machinery, which helps us to accomplish our business operations effectively and efficiently. We are equipped with various machineries like Hose Knitting system for knitting yarn testing, sizing machine, crape machines and Texturisers machines. Along with this this, we also have the latest machines to produce best quality yarns. We use best quality raw material and spin excellent yarn in our state-of-the-art plant, which is maintained in the best condition and upgraded continuously. We do regular maintenance of our plant so that manufacturing process is not disrupted.
Embroidery Yarn Division
Tulsi offers Art Silk Embroidery yarn to cater the need of the embroidery industry which is nowadays on top of textile growing parts. We believe that beautiful embroidery work is an art of expression on fabrics and hence we 100% viscose embroidery yarn with world class touch.
Trading Division
At Hiren, we are basically in to Trading of Scrap and cotton yarn. As part of backward integration we started manufacturing of PET bottles which are used in the manufacture of Polyester Staple fiber also known as PSF.
