We have advanced manufacturing unit, which backs us in developing our range of industrial bricks and tiles. The manufacturing unit is spread over a large area and has an installed capacity of 10,000 units. We also manufacture more than 1500 metric tones of chemical resistant bricks and tiles per month.

We make use of de-airing extrusion technology to produce premium quality acid resistant bricks and tiles. The manufacturing process can be summarized into following two points:

• The bricks and tiles are fired in a continuous automatic tunnel kiln at temperatures more than 1180 degree C.
• This causes the raw material to fuse and form a compact mass with less than 2% water absorption

This process of shaping the bricks and tiles by extrusion and firing in high temperature ensures a strong and hard surface output (Mohs hardness-8).
