Principle of Operation:

Wrapper 6000T wraps toilet soaps with twin layers of card stiffener and heat sealable outer wrapper. Finally packed soap has the outer wrapper with heat seal on belly and envelop type end folds (also heat sealed). Soap is fed on flat belt conveyor that brings it to vacuum pick and place unit after taking a right angle turn. Soap is placed on twin belts with lug pushers assisting in pushing it thought vertically fed stiffener and wrapper. Care is taken to avoid any rubbing of soap with any stationery surface to prevent any marks. Partially wrapped soap is rotated by 180 degree and then moved by a gripped conveyor to complete the folding and sealing. Wrapped soap is erected and place in vertical position (optional) on a flat belt conveyor.

Principle of Operation:

The detergent bar / laundry soap is fed onto the autofeed conveyor by an intermittent conveyor (not part of machine) to cutting machine / plodder or is fed manually onto the autofeed conveyor.
