| Micronising and Air Classification Plant Catering to the demands of various industries such as mineral, steel, cement, ceramics we design BMP With Air Classifier ( Micornize Mill ). Ideal for micro particle size, serrated liners and unique multi-tip rotor create numerous air-whirls, turbulence and aids in progressive grinding. The change in speed and direction results in turbulent collision between particles, ensuring micronized fine & free-flowing product. Air Classifier Controls the top cut size, facilitating handling of sensitive materials with high air volume and turbulence and minimum temperature increase. While the classifier retains coarser particles, the suction fan discharges fine powder to the cyclone separator with dust being collected in the bag filter unit.
