PAVERMAT-HD MODELS

Block making machines (Pavermat machine) is a stationery type high density block making machine to produce Paving Stones, Interlock Blocks and other speciality blocks with very high strength in the range of 250 to 500 Kgs/Sq cm (as against conventional burnt clay brick at 50Kgs/sq cm and cement block at 100 Kgs/sq cm). The block can be manufactured with two layers i.e. with Fal-G base and Hard cement top. This configuration reduces the cost of the block without compromising on strength. Paver Blocks of various designs like Hexagonal, Zig-Zag, Curves, Rooks etc in thickness ranging from 40 mm to 100 mm can be manufactured. These blocks yield high profit margin. Interlock Blocks can be manufactured on Pavermat. Interlock blocks have interlocking design on four faces of the block and the other two faces are bevelled, which give aesthetic looks. Compound walls constructed with Interlock blocks are stronger, possess high aesthetics, needs no plastering, needs no mortar jointing and the construction is three times faster. Considering all the benefits, the customer’s choice is inclined towards interlock blocks. In pavermat machine, extreme force is exerted on the aggregates by the ram using hydraulic cylinders, thus making the aggregates to compact very densely imparting high strength. The casting area of Pavermat is 350 x 500 mm and blocks of any design can be accommodated with in this casting area. The pavermat is designed to produce 500 sq feet of paving stones per day.

Paving stones possess excellent aesthetics, very high strength, excellent wear resistance. They are extensively used in Car Parking, Walk Spaces, Portico etc. When layed in non-consolidated area, paving stones attain the shape and counter of the plain and will not tend to crack like normal cemented flooring. They can be removed and replaced after dressing the sunk areas. Paving stones are also available in colored top coats and monograms and designs can be imprinted on the top face.
