Having a wide experience of Automotive, Industrial & Engineering Industry, He has worked in Marketing, Sales, After- Sales Service & Strategic Planning Departments within various business units in the group. During his previous assignment in Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. (KOEL), He has played a key role in the developing & Deploying long term & Short term strategies for the flagship products of the group. Mr.Satish Kolhekar has been with the Kirloskar group since last 36 years. He has a strong background in design engineering in electrical & other utility Engineering, Construction & Project Management.
Having a wide experience in bulk power transmission & distribution, automation, water pumping, fluid handling, compressed air, HVAC, fire safety etc. in sectors such as captive power plants, industry, commercial & institutional complexes etc. He has worked in Marketing, Sales, contract administration, design departments within various business units in the company. During his previous assignment in BHEL Bhopal, he has gathered large experience in transformer & switchgear manufacturing.
