Introduction

Established in the year 1986, we, Kirti Polytex Private Limited are an ardent organization engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying fancy yarns. We have a large expertise in Injected Slub Yarn, Tube Yarn, Taspa Yarn, Loop Yarn, Chenille Yarn,etc.

We are headed by our Techno-prenuers namely; Mr. Kishangopal Khetan and Mr. Purushottam Khetan, who has a very strong track record for Quality & Innovation in this Industry.

All our range of yarns are manufactured as per the standards set by our promoters and executed under the strict guidance of our Quality Analysts.

With our efforts, we have been able to earn a turnover of Rs 30 million annually. Our yearly income is no less then a boost for us to produce more and more. To propagate our work and to spread far & wide, we have actively participated in various trade shows and fairs, such as Udyog 2003 (Surat, India). Growing ahead we even plan to participate in the upcoming international trade events.

			Quality Compliance We put strong concentration on the quality compliance of our products, so that only the best and fine products reach our clients. We have installed all the testing equipments, handled by the Quality Analysts, at the various points in every phase of production needed for monitoring the quality of our products. While testing, we ascertain some quality parameters on which we check our products. 			Manufacturing Facility We are well equipped with spacious factory area of 23000 sq. ft wherein we have all the facilities required for optimum production. We are using premium quality raw material such as Synthetic yarn, (i.e. Polyester, Nylon etc) Natural fibre yarn (Cotton, Viscose etc). We source these raw materials from Indian Companies such as Reliance Industries Limited, Austral Coke and Projects Limited and many other Traders & Stockists. At our unit, we have five departments where we are equipped with latest computer facilities such CAD and CAM for designing and development. As all our products are machine made, we are using modern machinery such as: Injected slub machines Two-for-one (TFO) twisters Chenille machines Tube machines Many other subsidiary machines We are well facilitated with designing facilities, In-house manufacturing, and outsourced manufacturing only if quantity demanded is insufficient to meet the demand.
