We Ensure Quality
The products are checked at every level to ensure complete flawlessness and customer satisfaction. The quality inspections are conducted according to the norms set by statutory bodies. The inspections are held by highly experienced who make certain that every single aspect pertaining to quality is incisively tested.

Our quality control unit is well equipped with Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors, Brinell Hardness Testers, Universal Testing Machine (10 mt), Metallurgical microscope, Impact Testing Machine, Magnetic Prech Detectors, Optical Pyrometers, Chemical Laboratories, Dial Gauge Indicators, Mitutoyu Vernier etc.

Infrastructure
Forge Shop- This unit is adequately equipped with 3 free forging hammers of 9MT, 8MT ,7MT capacity respectively with 1 additional hammer for rings, 1 hammer of 1.5 MT capacity and 1 hammer of 3.0 MT for close die forging , 1 forging for 200MT capacity,1 no. 1.5 MT Pneumatic hammer for free forging with support facilities such as handling equipment and heating furnaces.

Heat Treatment Plant - Heat treatment is decisive in obtaining the required quality of products. This department is well equipped with furnaces(with temperature recorder & temperature controller), which are capable of solution annealing, normalizing, hardening, tempering and stress relieving.

Machine Shop - Our modern machine shop equipped with a comprehensive range of lathes, drill planner shapes machines and other allied machines enables us to supply forging in semi finished and fully machined condition.

Stock Unit - Our stock unit makes sure that various types and grades of the material are always available in sufficient quantity for regular production as well as for contingency requirements.

Logistic Support - We are strategically located in one of the most developed industrial hub of India, which is well connected with air, road and railway transport.
