Channel Valves

Piston rings & rod packings are available in various grades of thermoplastics and metals as per the applications and requirements of customers. Customization is also provided to the products for both lubricated and non-lubricated compressors. Metallurgy as per application is given imparting maximum life to the parts. These durable connecting rods made in various material of construction, MOC, of aluminum, SG iron & forging and leaded bronze. Forged connecting rods are drilled internally for maintaining lubrication & oil pressure of unit. With the support of spacious warehousing unit, we carry an ex-stock of connecting rods. Our aftercoolers are effective heat exchangers used for cooling the discharge from a compressor. Using either air-cooled or water-cooled mechanism, it is an effective means of removing moisture from compressed air. By condensing the water vapor into liquid form, aftercoolres control the amount of water vapor in a compressed air system. Liquid water can cause significant damage to the equipment that uses compressed air in a distribution or process manufacturing system. An aftercooler plays vital role for proper functioning of pneumatic or air handling devices which are part of process manufacturing systems. A compressor aftercooler may be either a stand-alone unit located downstream of the compressor or integrated into the compressor itself. Fitted into a pipeline, water-cooled heat exchangers use a moisture separator and drain valve for extracting the water from the compressed air while moving through the pipe. Centrifugal force mechanism is used by it to separate out the moisture and solids from the compressed air and they exit the system through a drain. An air-cooled heat exchanger uses ambient air for cooling hot compressed air. It also uses a motor-driven fan for forcing the ambient air over the cooler, removing the heat from the compressed air.
 
Aftercoolers are an important component in any system that uses compressed air which is very hot and may pose a fire hazard to downstream equipment. Benefits of the aftercoolers are as follows:

A complete range of air dryers ranging from non-cyclic dryers from 10 cm to 10000 CFM down to constant dew point of +2PDP. A hermetically sealed compressor and depending on size, an air or water cooled condenser are outfitted with the dryers. The expansion valve, vital component of air dryers automatically matches the flow of refrigerant to the prevailing compressed air cooling load. Air Filters which we supply comprises of filter cum moisture separator, pre-filters and micro filters. Our unique design filters find application in removing water, oil and dirt from compressed air and gas. They are fabricated of materials including carbon steel, SS 304, SS 316 and Aluminum with anti rust chemicals from inside. The air-filters shows efficiency > 95 % and can remove oil mist and dirt up to 0.3 micro.
