Plating Chemicals Rochelle Cu Plating
Prior to silver/nickel plating on brass & copper.Excellent throwing power and bright finish. Gives a very good look for decorative items.Suitable for both vat and barrel plating.
Nixie GLINT - 44
Super leveling bright nickel process. Simple to operate and gives mirror bright deposits having better physical properties. Produce high leveling, superb ductility and excellent chromatability. Process is suitable for use on steel wires and tubes, ABS, brass, copper and mazac.
Stanux - B
Bright acid tin process. Bright tin electro deposit with excellent tarnish and corrosion resistance. Highly stable electrolyte and easily maintainable. Used in foodstuff processing equipment, electrical and electronic components, antique tableware, decorative items.
Silverium 101
Excellent silver white finish.
High electrical conductivity & solderability Excellent tarnish resistance. Easy to operate & maintain the bath. Decorative & functional uses in electrical & electronics area.

Electroplating Chemicals Zinctek Alfa 786 - M
High performance bright chloride zinc process.
This process is chloride type to deposit mirror bright zinc deposit.
Extremely safe to handle and has easy for effluent disposal.
Recommended for plating high carbon steels, cast, malleable iron components.
Zinctek Additive Alfa Com - 55
A unique high corrosion resistance cobalt-zinc alloy plating. Provide 2-3 times better corrosion protection available from zinc deposit of equal thickness. Exceptional brightness and leveling over a wide operating range. This process is useful in both vat and barrel operation.
Zinctek CZ Brightener Beta - 25
High performance cyanide zinc process. Process results in zinc deposit with chrome like brilliance over a wide range of cyanide concentrations and cyanide to zinc metal ratio. Provides outstanding performance and very high operating reliability in almost any type of cyanide zinc electrolyte. Used in almost any instance where the ultimate in deposit brightness is needed. Receptive to any type of passivation process.
Brass Plating
Single compounded product for both vat and barrel.
Gives rich golden yellow deposit of brass.
Variable shades may be obtained from the same bath by controlling temperature and current density.
Super Copper Plating
An alkaline bright copper process.
Produces bright deposit of copper.
Specially recommended for zinc based die casting aluminium parts.
Can be used at high current density to develop microns for zinc based die casting aluminium parts.

Phosphating Chemicals Ultrafix ZN - 301
A 3-in-1 process achieved in a single immersion operation. An acidic compound for cleaning, removing and preparing metal for painting. Recommended for aluminum prior to surface conversion process. Effective in immersion, spray, brush on and wipe off process. Serves as an undercoat for post phospating organic finishes like paint, powder coating, painting, lacquering, etc.
Ultrafix CD - 808
A phosphating compound for steel and zinc metals. Provides light gray to dark gray crystalline coating of zinc phosphate. Good base for painting and oil absorption. An immersion process at room temperature.
Ultrafix ZN - 800
Produce smooth micro crystalline zinc phosphate coating on Iron and mild steel components by simple immersion. Prevents the spread of corrosion in case of scratches and cuts. Tight adherent coatings obtained by this process ensure a strong bond between components and paint serves as a corrosion barrier.

Passivation Chemicals Classic Blue - 66
Blue or clear chromate conversion for zinc and cobalt zinc. Easy to handle, good stability and good corrosion resistance. Excellent adhesion to all zinc coated surfaces.
Classic Blue Tri - 20
Clear blue chromate passivation based on trivalent chromium. Provides 2-3 times better corrosion resistant (1 hour at 120º C) to conventional hexavalent based blue chromate process. Does not attack the zinc deposit hence the solution has long life.
Classic Gold - 79
Produces a bright iridescent yellow bronze chromate conversion. High corrosion resistance and excellent base for paint and other organic finishes. Simple and economical to use.
Classic Gold Tri- 2007
Replacement for hexavalent chrome, hence eco-friendly.Consistently produces light iridescent finish. High corrosion resistance. Longer bath life, hence increases productivity.Reduces waste treatment/ disposal cost (VI free). Easy to change over.
Classic Black - 667
Designed to produce jet black chromate conversion on zinc electro deposit. Applications include automobile components, hardware, engineering, camera parts. Components that require a decorative black finish.
Classic Olive - 88
Produce military green colour on chloride and cyanide-zinc electro deposits. A very high corrosion resistance of over 200 hrs. in salt spray test. An ideal product for automobile parts, aircrafts and parts used for defence applications.

Lacquer Coating Chemicals Lac Coat - 1000
A unique composition containing approx. 35% solid components used for applying transparent water based lacquer coating on various metallic deposit. Provides excellent protection against humidity, improves the corrosion resistance of plated coatings under marine industrial environments. Improves weather resistance on copper and its alloy, nickel deposits and phosphatized coatings. Provides decorative effects such as high gloss or a particular colour.

Algae green KC-207
Substitute for hexavalent chromate passivation prior to powder coating.
Eco Friendly, micro etcher, highly corrosion protective passivation process for aluminum.
Excellent adhesion to spray painting organic coating and as post treatment on anodised surfaces. High heat resistant (above100oC) hence suitable for automotive engine component and heat sinks.
