Introduction:
Air cooled diesel engines both in the indigenous market and abroad have received
approbation for their reliability, economy in operation, durability
longer life and exquisite performance. Specially designed to meet
the needs of the agricultural sector and multi various general uses.

Type:
Vertical,
water cooled, air cooled, compression ignition, four stroke cycle,
cold start, constant speed diesel engines.

Rotation:
The
standard rotation is clock-wise facing the flywheel in high speed
engines and facing fuel pump in slow speed engines.

Starting:
Cold
starting by manual cranking. A detachable pawl type starting handle
is supplied.

Fuel
System:
Fuel
is supplied to the fuel pump by gravity feed from fuel tank through
felt/fabric/paper element filter. A button filter is also provided
at the inlet of automizer.

Lubrication:
Force
feed by plunger type lubricating oil pump to large end bearing. Main
bearing, cam shaft bush bearing, rocker are bushes etc. are splash
lubricated in high speed engines but in slow speed engines value,
rocker bush are manually lubricated and all other part are splash
lubricated.

The hand pumps manufactured by us comes into different models and suitable are for wide usage. We use quality raw material in the construction of hand pumps. The finished pumps are coated with impervious paints which provide strength and ensure durability to the hand pumps.

Provided with 21 protection, 10% overloading and capability of starting the motors at 3 times the rated current of alternator.
