Valve assemblies are manufactured in different designs viz:- reed type, ring type, concentric type, channel type, dampened disc type. Valve assemblies are made out of stainless steel, carbon steel , S.G. iron etc. Valve plates are made out of flapper valve steel, spring steel. Valve seats and valve plates are micro lapping finish to ensure zero leakage.

Pressure die casted, gravity die casted, shell moulded pistons are made out of aluminium alloys, graded closed grained cast irons. Piston rings are individually centrifugally casted out of high grade cast iron materials. Piston pins are made out of special grade alloy steel having highly polished and hardened outer surface to withstand the wear & tear.

Connecting rods are made from aluminium alloy, carbon steel, bronze, S.G. irons by process of die forgings, process die castings, gravity die castings, shell mouldings and duly heat treated. Connecting rods with integral bearings are available in undersizes also.

A wide range of oil pumps are manufactured for compressors having precision cut gears as per OEM'S specifications. Part components of oil pumps are available as per requirements.

A wide range of variously designed strainers, oil filters and filter bags are manufactured for suction line , oil line, hydraulic lines etc. Strainers are made from G.I. wire netting and sheets having stainless steel filteration media as per designed specifications depends upon their applications.

Crankshafts are made out of carbon steel, cast steel, S.G. iron materials through die forging, open forging, shell castings procedures. Crankshafts are case hardened, statically and dynamically balanced, fine ground to get the accuracy.

Liners and blocks are made from centrifugally casted, shell casted with closely grained cast irons. Cylinder Liners are heat treated. Cylinder bores are cross honned and diametres are properly ground finish to achieve the highest level of accuracy.

A wide range of various designed mechanical shaft seals are manufactured viz:- single seals, double seals, cartridge seals, bellow seals, multiple spring seals, single coil spring seals etc. Seal faces are microlapped finished to ensure the zero leakage from the seal faces. Part components for shaft seal assemblies can also be given according to requirements.

Valve plates of different designs are manufactured as per OEM'S specifications made out of carbon steel, S.G. iron castings, graded closed grained cast iron etc. and properly ground to fine finish for immediate matching with the related components.

Our range of bearings & bushes are comprising of main bearings, big end bearings, intermediate bearings, half sections of bearings, thrust washers, small end bushes, oil pump bushes, cam bushes which are made out of steel back white metal, white metal, steel back copper and lead alloys, aluminium alloys, bronze, phosphor bronze, antimony, closed grained cast irons, aluminium bronze etc. are available. Undersized bearings and oversized bushes can also be made according to requirements.
