Traditional methods involved using needle and thread or a sharp instrument to get the point of the collar wherein it can get shredded. To avoid this, KKashyap Industries came up with the "Collar Point Turner".
While manufacturing, the collars are stiched reversed so that the line of stiching and thread is on the rear side whereas the collar should be properly brought out or else ends up looking unfinished. The machine is made up of basically two needles; the lower sharp and the upper slightly blunt with the groove at the tip and there is a floor pedal which when pressed, pushes the lower needle up to fit into the groove at the tip of the needle.

This is a fixture/accessory for the Garment Iron which helps in further saving power and making the iron maintenance free. The thermostat in the iron stops the current from reaching the heating element when the desired temperature is reached. The Regulator transmits electricity to the irons in short cycles, thereby saving power and increasing the life of the components of the irons. Also, as the current is transmitted in short cycles or spurts with the longest being 40 secs i.e. 20 secs on 20 secs off. The iron is very safe for use as the current shuts off automatically after a maximum of 20 secs. The regulator has a high load capacity. It is a must in all industrial and commercial establishments manufacturing garments, due to its power saving properties, lengthening the life of the garment irons and increasing the safety factor of the same.

The Shirt Folding Table is specially designed for the elegant packing of Shirts. It gives a perfect symmetrical fold to the shirt. All the shirts folded on this table (with the same adjustment) will be uniform to the smallest detail. Shirts with a wide range of collars can be packed on this table from sizes 30 cms to 42 cms. Also the collars can be rounded up and raised in the front or slightly elongated while packing. the machine has a capacity of approx. 350 shirts per shift of 8 hours. The body is made up of Steel and the table top of Formica. The gripper is made up of 3 parts. The back and the two brass sides of rounding up the collar which have individual temperature controls thus the nape i.e., the label can be ironed out stiffly and the sides rounded up more sharply if so desired.
