The Kleenoil "high pressure" oil filter can be fitted on the "by pass" basis to hydraulic systems, compressors, or any system with oil at pressure up to 3000psi.
The flow through the Kleenoil filter is controlled to approx. 4ltrs per minute at 40psi. A flow rate which is low enough to have negligible effect on most "system pressures", yet high enough to ensure that oil is being kept in "as new" condition.
Kleenoil By-pass Filter is an additional oil filter fitted in a by-pass route on an engine or machine without making any alteration to the existing system. It is capable to retain contaminant particles, carbon, wear metals down to under 1 micron and totally absorbs water.
It maintains the oil within its operating specifications therefore its life is increased resulting in savings in oil cost.
The Kleenoil By-Pass Filter works by taking a percentage of the oil flow and filtering abrasive contaminants such as carbon, wear metals, silicon etc. down to less than one micron and totally removes water. By removing these impurities as they form, the filter prevents the build up of acids and maintains the oil within its operating specifications. TO SEE SOME FITMENTS OF THE LUBOIL FILTERare formed, the Kleenoil System will enable oil to be retained in use considerably longer than is usual. The principle of “By-pass Filtration” is to leave the standard filters in place to cope with the bulk of the larger particles, which is all it can be expected to do given the speed at which oil must pass through it. The By-pass Filter is then installed on a separate loop which is not on the ‘full-flow’ route, and by a much slower process, it will remove the impurities.

The lower location pins prevent the load sliding when it is lifted through 90 degrees and allow a lighter and more cost effective magnet to be use.
Filtramag is an all stainless steel* magnetic filtration system for the removal of ferrous magnetic and paramagnetic particles to sub-micronic levels from liquid streams at up to 500 litres / minute (30m³ hour).
Ferrous & paramagnetic contamination is the most damaging of all the foreign matter that is found in any fluid, causing pump, gears, slideways & valve wear and increasing fluid degradation.
Each particle that is left to re-circulate in the fluid will generate more particles, which will generate more particles, and so on.
Unlike conventional filters, Filtramag is not particle size sensitive; if the particle is magnetic, no matter how small (even sub micronic) the Filtramag will remove it .
In the Micromag Filtration System, contaminated fluid is pumped into the magnetic filter to be equally dispersed via radial channels, thus slowing the fluid down to pass outside the centrally mounted ‘rare earth’ magnetic core, where you will see the particle capture.
As more particles attract to the core, the magnetic flux circuit geometry generates a controlled build up of contamination, so ensuring that the filter will not block.
The filtered fluid then flows through return slots through the center exiting via the outlet and is returned back into the reservoir.
For pre-testing any load. Place the 'Safety Shim' on the load with the Ultralift Plus on top. Activate the Ultralift Plus and attempt to lift the load a very short distance. If the Ultralift Plus holds the load with the 'Safety Shim' then a 3:1 safety factor is guaranteed without it. The ability to pre-test any load could be especially useful if you lift loads of differing sizes, materials and surface finishes. 2. Safety catch
When the Ultralift Plus is 'on' the operating handle is held by a safety catch to prevent accidental switching. The safety switch is release by pressing a button on the end of the operating handle.
3. Lifting eye mechanism (patented)
Patented mechanism prevents any switching, accidental or otherwise, of the Ultralift Plus while it is holding a load.
With 5 sizes available, the Ultralift Plus lifting magnet is suitable for lifting a wide range of loads in the factory or workshop. It's capable of lifting both round and flat section loads.
The Ultralift Plus uses high powerneodymium 'rare earth' magnet material for the highest power to weight ratio. The material is permanently magnetic, and switching the Ultralift Plus on and off is manual, so no power is required and it has no operating costs. You can use it almost anywhere - just hook it to your hoist or crane.
With a lifting magnet a load can be hoisted safely by just one man. And you'll have no more worries about the stability of a load once it's lifted (especially when it's been pre-tested to ensure a 3:1 safety factor with the 'Safety Shim'). Storage of handling of loads can be more efficient as you only need access to a load's top face.
