Printing Inks

We provide a qualitative assortment of screen printing ink for untreated polypropylene. Our range of inks can be synthesized for untreated or treated woven sack fabrication. These are alcohol based and have low viscosity. We formulate these inks for different resistant properties, which is given below:                   
 

• Alkali resistance
• Urea resistance
• Rub resistance

 
Our range includes two packs of screen inks which are formulated for printing treated polyethylene, polypropylene bottles and some metals. Our inks have rub resistance, excellent gloss, adhesion and excellent product.

We provide a superior quality range of glass ink gel for various purposes. Our range of satin gloss, quick-curing two-component ink has good resistance and used for printing on glass. As per the customer demands, we can provide our assortment in various specifications. Glass Ink GL gives good adhesion on chromium-plated parts and on varnished surfaces and are used in ceramics and glass used in the cosmetics industry and for promotional items.   
         

We manufacture an assortment of screen printing ink for metal surface. These inks are made by mixing metallic powder/paste and metallic ink medium. These are made with premium quality raw material. The instructions for using the printing ink are given below:         
 

• Stir the ink well before use.

 
The metallic Ink base should be mixed with the metallic Powder/Paste in following ratio:
 

• Metallic Ink Base: Metallic Powder/Paste = 80:20 (w/w)
• The rub resistance of the Metallic Ink can be increased by reducing the amount or Metallic Powder/Paste
• Added, but this will also decrease the opacity and lustre of the ink.
• Once mixed, the Metallic Ink will have a pot life of approximately 8 hours.
• Cleaner 2940 should be used to clean the ink from the screen. For heavy ink stains, Screen solve can be used. Please refer to the relevant P.I. Sheets for more information.
• Metallic inks should not be over-printed as this can result in poor adhesion of the topcoat.
• Due to the wide range of substrates available, it is advisable that the ink be tested fully prior to printing.
